Went for a cut with Marquis today for my first-time visit. Absolutely stellar. Hadn't had my hair cut in at least two months because I've been so busy with work and he tamed that mess. This was the first old-fashioned scissor cut I've had since moving to LA twenty years ago - everyone else used trimmers. Small little storefront on Ventura, plenty of metered parking on the side streets. Hot towel, aromatherapy, he even touched up my shave at no charge. Mario is exceptional! He always makes look like I belong in The Backstreet Boys, but it is a pleasure to accept his services. In fact, I need to schedule regular appointments. Mario! Call me! ?

I had an appointment with Mario. I don't remember what the service was called but it was $70 for the haircut, wash, facial, massage, and style. I have NEVER smiled so hard after getting a haircut before. I feel like this is the first real haircut I've ever had. I was so incredibly happy with it - and my fiance was too. The vibe feels exclusive, it's not a big spot. Would 10/10 recommend.
