Worst communication i have ever received. Very dry individual and i asked multiple times for an appointment and was ignored. Instead she very "dry" i might add. Only addressed a portion of my message. Never offered a consult. Never explained if they are operating. This has been the worse experience and i only tried to schedule an appointment. The worst part is she came highly recommended which is now leaving me to question the advice of the person who suggested it. I wish this company the best but i will spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Instead of gaining a client you are now losing one. My wife will also be switching stylist.

I've had the pleasure of having Jihan style my hair twice now- both times having a trim and silk press. From my experiences with her and how I felt after she revealed the final product of her work, I can honestly say there is no one else I would rather go to or seek out for any and all hair concerns/wants I may have. I left her studio both times feeling like a brand new person and had a newfound confidence about me, which I appreciate so much because we all want to achieve that when we think of self-care or see for ourselves when we make these types of appointments. Jihan is the only person who does my hair right. Love the service she provides! Definitely recommend her to any person looking to get their hair done properly. Also she did my hair color which I'm obsessed with.
