First time to Fazio. New to the area. Took my daughter’s wedding veil to be cleaned. Drop off and pickup everyone was super nice and friendly AND very competent.Veil looks good as new…like it was never worn. And price was very fair.Thanks so much. I will be back!
In general they have been a great cleaner to go to however they have given me the wrong jacket yo my black suit. And never got the correct one back. They have also lost a couple of matching pants yo my suits. They are willing to give you credit for the loss if you can show the original purchase price. When the suit pants they loss and Macy’s no longer carried the brand I couldn’t provide the purchase price because the suits were over two years old. I had to take the loss. However I still use them as my cleaners.
