I have gone here several times. In the past, have had a good experience. This time, the massage was OK. I little less time than I paid for. The masseuse was chatting with the other workers in a distracting way. when i was paying, asked me how much to tip. I told the amount to tip. 20 percent. Was told that wasn't enough and pressured to tip the amount they suggested. I said OK despite my reluctance. When I saw the charge, it was even more than that!!!!! Sad that they have become dishonest. I will NEVER go there again!!!

Wow one of the lady took my $20 bill she refused to give back my change she want $10 dollars tip for her and her partner when I pay $100 dollars service very sad don’t go to this place

Nice enough until the end. I had a "body" massage that was horrible. It felt rushed and like the guy was fresh out of class. He did better on my feet, but all in all, it was not enough that I would go back. They try to force you to give them a 20% TIP. I had tipped 15%, but that wasn't even deserved. NEVER AGAIN. I should have just waited for Massage Envy
