Vlad is great to work with…. He arranged ordering the doors after reviewing all the options with us…. Doors came in and he promptly set up the install. We r really happy with the service and product….. sliders are quality!

Can't say how much I enjoyed working with Vlad at Concept Windows & Doors. I needed five new sets of doors and a window and they were top notch. Vlad explained all of my options and helped me make the best choices for my budget and he made it incredibly easy to schedule, etc. When there was a manufacturer's delay with the door handles Vlad worked hard to get everything in in a timely manner and was always available to answer my questions/requests. Joe and his team did an excellent job installing everything and I'm very happy with the results. Would highly recommend and I would definitely use again in the future.

Great customer service and fair prices. I worked with Vlad to select windows (Milgard) and patio sliding doors (Win-Dor) for my detached ADU. He took the time to explain how the process works and showed me different window options. After getting a few quotes, I felt most comfortable working with Vlad and appreciate his patience and prompt follow up when I had any questions. I also used them for installation and Joe and his team of installers were professional, skilled, and prompt.
