Pros: Came as a walk-in and was assisted immediately, easy location since it's in the mall Cons: When I asked for the lady to cut my hair shorter, she seemed annoyed or offended (I definitely was not rude), the lady didn't even offer me a mirror to see how my hair looks in the back Overall: As tempted as you are to try it out since it's conveniently in the mall, don't waste your time

This review is for Angela. I came in the other day to get my nails done without an appointment and they took me right in. Luckily I got sat with Angela and I couldn't be more happier with my nails and her service. This was my first time getting Gel X done on my nails because they do not offer acrylic there. It is a lot more expensive for Gel X so I honestly didn't want to get it done but my boyfriend paid for my nails and told me just to do it. I love the way they turned out. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and Angela is the first person who actually talked to me the entire time and got to know me and I got to know her. She is such a hard worker and I admire a lot of things about her! I wish I lived closer so that she could be my regular nail tech but I will be back for sure and make the trip when I am able to. Everyone was extremely nice and kind to me . I came in a few days ago and made sure to get their business card and write down Angela's name so that I could write her a review when I had the time.

Terrible experience. I went to book an appointment and left with a terrible haircut and perm. It was not an ideal situation and will be seeking a new hairdresser after this unfortunate event. Terrible etiquete and very rude about the service.
