Yelp says they open at 10am. Got here at 1030am and it was closed. The mall didn't open until 11am so decided to wait until then. Still here, it's almost 1130am and nobody has shown up.....

This has to be one of the most disgusted and albeit embarrassing reviews of my life. I went in Sherman Oaks California, at the Westfield shopping center location. My husband and I went to have our brows done. I have a rather unfortunate medical condition that has caused some rather massive hair loss as well as other facial deformations. The employee, I thought it was dita, but hubs said it was Geeta, is possibly the biggest scumbag I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. She didn't want to work with me. not only did the lady take someone before me when i wrote my name way before her on the sign in, but then she stood there doing absolutely nothing for about five minutes before she started. there were two of them. The lady doing my eyebrows was on her phone the whole time and then there was another lady who just didn't want to do her job and left the booth on the phone also.This was actually the worst experience of my life. They made me feel so uncomfortable. And after finishing my eyebrows, the lady states that their system was not working when I have always paid with card before.
