Anthony who runs the front desk at this location is one of the kindest, most efficient, helpful, hard working and delightful humans I've ever encountered in a customer service dynamic. So much so that long after I left my first appointment, I was thinking about their great energy and feeling grateful for our exchange that day. Perhaps the lasting effect of Anthony's goodness is partially indicative of just how rare caring and genuine customer service seems to be these days. I have been an ALS member since 2015 and without a doubt this is the best location I've been too! You can tell the owner of this location just cares more than most. They decorate their salon for holidays and seasons, they do cute promise and fun things for their customers. They are engaged on social media and post cute reels. I love seeing my girl Lexx and Dan is fabulous too. The front desk staff is always very helpful and they have a small parking lot which is like a gold mine in LA!

This place makes me feel like a Queen. Both when I’m getting my eyelashes and when I walk around town. I’m always glamorous with my Amazing lashes. I workout everyday and sleep crazy…. Not that I recommend that but my retention is great. I’ve even stretched my fills up too three weeks. I am member and go vi weekly to Elizabeth. She is so good and calm I usually fall asleep and just wake up beautiful.Service: Eyelash extensions
