Mark Allen at Amazing Carpet Services is a miracle worker. Five years ago, I thought my carpeting needed to be replaced, but a neighbor recommended Mark. He has now cleaned my carpeting three times, and I am still getting compliments about the condition of that same carpeting. Mark uses unscented products, so there is no perfume smell afterwards. He can schedule quickly, arrives on time, and is upbeat, thorough, and detail-oriented. The last time he was here, my draperies weren't gliding smoothly, so he oiled the tracks. He glued a table, fixed a lock, and left fans overnight so the carpeting would dry more quickly. I highly recommend him.
I was trying to decide whether to just go rent a carpet cleaner and clean a couple white chairs and a white rug myself. I’m so glad I hired Mark instead because the slightly greater cost was so worth his thorough services. He did a spectacular job getting out lots of stains in our stuff. He was super friendly and generous with his time. He gave advice on how to treat the furniture in future. I would definitely hire him again.
Mark Allen was outstanding in cleaning my carpet with hypoallergenic products. I cannot. thank him enough. When I called him, referred by a friend, he was diligent, careful, helped to move a bit of heavy furniture, and 'sucked' up dirt that had discolored my carpet. He took his time (and cleaned out his water before attempting another patch). When at day's end the carpet was still wet, he allowed me to keep his drying fan overnight. It made a difference. He's a very amiable person, an excellent performer and he will keep you entertained if you let him while working. i do recommend his work.
