I have been going to Shasta community health Center since 1998 and the personnel the nurses nurse practitioners and the doctors have been wonderful very informative and they have been really good I've gone to the main office on Placer and now I see my regular doctor in the Shasta Lake office. They've kept me alive so far it's been almost 30 years and I just love them to death. Keep up the good work the knowledge and the professionalism thank you
The staff are very friendly. Larissa is very caring and listens to my concerns and works with me…very patient. The clinic is nice and comfortable. I will miss her when she retires.
I give 5 stars to Dr. Suazo. He is the kindest most caring Dr I have had here in Shasta County. I had a terrible PA at Shasta Community in Shasta Lake and got switched to Dr. Suazo and I’m so thankful for that. He actually listens to what’s going on then talks to you about the next steps. Many don’t even listen. The front desk has their days, but don’t we all, I’ve worked the front desk at Drs offices and well patients can be down right rude. Hang in there front desk! But honestly Shasta Community in Shasta Lake is the way to go, my insurance doesn’t even cover them and I still pay to go there, just to have Dr. Suazo as my PCP.
