“My husband and I have been working with Stephanie for about a year now. I have PCOS and I'm of advance maternal age (aka 40 haha). We were having difficulty conceiving and doctors had told me my only option was to have fertility treatments, which was something I did not want to do. We decided to try acupuncture at Flourish as our final attempt. My cycle shortened to 35 days (my normal cycle was about 50 days) within a month and after a month and a half of weekly treatments I was pregnant! I continued to receive acupuncture throughout my pregnancy and now have a healthy and beautiful 6 week old baby. Stephanie has been patient, knowledgeable, and extra supportive throughout each stage and we cannot thank her and the staff at Flourish enough!“

“Lorry is incredible and knows her work very well. Before I had booked my first appointment with her she gave me samples of facial cleansers and moisturizers that's best for my sking type, she did not disappoint! I just got back from my first mini facial from hed which was an excellent therapeutic treat for an hr, my face feels fresh, rejuvenated, clean and relaxed. I took a before & after picture and I could really tell the difference of getting a facial done by a professional. I'm definitely going back to her. p.s She has moved to Wiki Up in Windsor, located at the Northbay Demertology building. 196 Wikiup Dr, Windsor“

“Probably the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Every single person I interacted with was kind, warm, helpful, and clear. Information about privacy, cost, services, etc was made completely available with time to read it and ask questions. My complicated situation with income and housing was treated with enormous care and respect. Gender-affirming care — across the board — was stellar and treated as a given, not an exception. Wait time was short. I feel so beyond grateful to the folks at this clinic!“

“It’s February 29th out here. Not too bad for my first leap year in America.I got my TB test results and a 5 star treatment for free. The staff definitely doing the most work out here.I also got a food pack : )However the waiting list takes a min but it’s worth the wait, if you have all the time in the world.“

“I was diagnosed with prostate cancer last year. Fortunately due to a yearly physical, I caught the cancer early. My urologist and I discussed several options, finally agreeing to brachytherapy, which ultimately led me to the Rohnert Park Cancer Center. What a phenomenal clinic, with wonderful doctors and caring staff. I had to undergo a month of radiation therapy. I consulted with oncologist Dr. Rao. He mapped out the strategy, and followed up me once a week. He is a kind, thoughtful and informative doctor. We talked about all the pros and cons of radiation therapy. He was great, and I believed I had the best information to make informed decisions about my health. All of the staff at the clinic were phenomenal. Considering the clients they were working with, I never felt putty, but compassion for my issue. And I was far from the worst case they dealt with. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful cancer resource in my neighborhood. Great caring, compassionate individuals helping to shepherd people through the toughest challenges they will face in their individual lifetimes. Thank you Rohnert Park Cancer Center.“

“This facility, staffed with dedicated practitioners, provides support to individuals during challenging moments when they may contemplate giving up. I firmly believe that Dana Carlucci, a specialist in chiropractic care, deserves recognition from Sutter Health for her achievements across various fields. Dana has significantly improved my quality of life, and I continue on a journey of ongoing improvement. For the past three years, I've grappled with a mysterious illness, enduring daily struggles with eating, debilitating abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, allergic reactions, excessive burping, panic attacks, constipation, and restricting my diet to bone broth. I lost 50 pounds during this nightmare. After Kaiser, Stanford, Memorial, and consultations with numerous gastroenterologists, I have finally found the right place for healing. I received a proper diagnosis here and am currently undergoing treatment. My symptoms have remarkably improved in the past two months! How can this be? Throughout this journey, I was repeatedly told that my health issues were imaginary, which left me in despair, and I even battled depression due to this ongoing neglect. It felt as though there was no end in sight. Dana Carlucci and her colleague, Sharon Meyer, harnessed their collective knowledge to uplift me, for which I am immensely grateful. Dana, you are an angel. Thank you for not giving up on patients like me and for sharing valuable knowledge and tools to keep us on the path to recovery.“

“Had to take my dad to the VA Clinic to get new hearing aids and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff members at the front desk were attentive, professional and engaging making check-in (and check-out) a breeze. After check-in I wheeled my dad to the waiting area and in less than two minutes the Clinical Audiologist (Laura Schmitt) met us and took us back to the Hearing Testing room. Laura was so wonderful with dad in answering all of his questions, addressing all of his concerns, and she did so in a manner that actually made him extremely at ease (he was actually joking and smiling during the process).Mind you, at 88 years of age and suffering from advanced Parkinson’s, he doesn’t smile a lot. But Laura was just fantastic with him. She even cleaned and maintenances dad’s old Hearing Aid’s so he has a functional back-up pair. And Laura was extremely helpful and through! This is now the second time I’ve had to take my father to the Santa Rosa VA Clinic and as someone who served my adult life as a Firefighter/Paramedic I just can’t articulate enough accolades on how great everyone at the VA treats dad. I’d give 10 Stars if I could.“

“I grew up as a Kaiser kid through my mom's health care coverage. As an adult I continue to have Kaiser insurance. I've witnessed healthcare undergo a significant transition while implementing "Telehealth". E-visits are trending and have paved the way for the future of healthcare. I'm satisfied with the relationship I have with my current primary care doctor. Shot out to the guy by the name of Russell R. who drew my blood in the lab. He was very skillful and nailed it on the first try. I appreciated his customer service and conversation, he was fabulous. Thank You Russell!“

“I was treated very well, only 4 stars because the laboratory room is too small and the poor staff, I think, feel uncomfortable, you can barely pass without breaking a sweat.“

“I have been a patient here for at least three decades. They are consistently wonderful. The doctors, physician assistants and other medical staff are top notch. They have treated my chronic complex illness with the best science possible. And, I always feel that I have a relationship with my primary medical care person - they feel like humans to me and I believe that I feel like a human to them. I highly recommend this organization. Use them for health care and send them some bucks if you have some to spare.“

“I was at 3975 Old Redwood Hwy Kaiser last Wednesday morning at 8am to get my Covid shot. Everything was going great , I loved the visit, but while I was waiting in the room to see if any side effects appeared there was a man in there who works for Kaiser and he sneezed in his hand three times and although he had a mask on, I couldn't believe he was sneezing in his hand and then didn't sanitize it. I would expect anyone who works in a hospital if they have to sneeze sneeze into their arm and then go sanitize at the very least.Otherwise, everyone was helpful and nice and the shot was painless!“

“Definitely recommend 100%. ... My kids actually love coming to the dentist now, it's unbelievable since before they actually hated going but switching them to Rohnert Park Health Center was the best thing I could've done. So far all the dentist that my kids have seen have been so nice they explain to them why it's important to take care of their teeth & the assistants are soooo sweet. We are very happy coming here.. 10 thumbs up FOR SURE!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED......“
