We used this service for a full move-out clean and we were very pleased! They did an excellent job with a deep clean and they have very responsive customer service! I would absolutely recommend them.
As a listing agent, the prep work is where deals get made or lost, and REDi made my job easy. They walked into what was honestly a real mess and turned it into a home buyers could picture themselves in. They handled every detail so I didn't have to chase anyone or manage the process myself. I had made an appointment with a different Carpet Cleaning company, they didn’t show up, they didn’t call, they didn’t text, and didn’t respond to my calls and texts to them. I called Redi construction and restoration and spoke with Jose, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and made an appointment for the following day. Ted, the technician was here right on time and text me five minutes before he showed up. He did an amazing job on cleaning my carpets. And he was extremely easy to work with.
