Amazingly helpful company. Called them about an undisclosed, dormant well for a buyer, I'm a realtor, and they told me to send pics. Jack himself called me back within a few hours and explained it all to me so I could reassure my client. They're lovely and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
When our pump went down in the middle of our business day a live person answered the phone, they were on site in less than an hour and the pump was fixed within an hour after that at a very reasonable price. It doesn't get any better than that!
