I'm part of a construction company, Disaster Kleenup Specialists. In my position, customer service and selection is key to providing the best experience for a homeowner. Lisa at Carmel Stone is always so helpful and professional. Her experience has bailed me out of a few situations by even matching natural stones and tile. I mainly call her when I need countertops however. They have the best selection of natural stones as well as Quartz Countertops. They are also very competitive in their tile selections. Employees are friendly and as helpful as they can be. I needed porcelain for my shower floor and their options were way too limited. If you want real stone, they have a good selection, including slabs and interesting mosaics.

We just completed a partial renovation of our kitchen primarily focusing on new quartz countertops rather than tile. The choices are endless but with the help of Evan McKinder at the Sand City location we were able to find the perfect match. Since we were not changing our cabinets or back splash this was tricky. Evan made the search easy, he followed through and worked with our tile guy and installer. Everyone at the store is helpful, and they follow through but Evan was exceptional. I highly recommend using Carmel Stone for your next renovation.
