Sensui Spa is amazing! I went in for a deep tissue massage and wanted special attention paid to my right shoulder and neck. My massage therapist Suttida was wonderful! She knew exactly where I was having issues and got the knots out. My shoulder and neck feel so much better. The upstairs waiting area is very calming, comforting, and clean. After my massage I asked for a complimentary glass of Champagne which to my surprise she filled to the tip of the glass, which was perfect! I will definitely be back.
From the outside, I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon entering Sensui I was pleasantly surprised at the relaxing lobby and open space. The spa boasts two floors, with the first level being for check-in and nail services. The second floor has several rooms for spa services (massages,facials), a locker room, and a lounge area. The lounge has snacks, water, chocolate, and champagne upon request. The spa does allow you to bring in your own charcuterie supplies and beverages which I highly recommend. I went here with 4 girl friends for a girls day. The staff was extremely kind and tolerated us popping champagne bottles while relaxing in our robes in the lounge. My facial was so relaxing I fell asleep! My friend who had a gel manicure still has her nails in perfect condition - two weeks after getting them done. Very fun and relaxing spot for a group spa day!
I cannot gush enough about Sensui! Just went there with several friends. The spa itself is so serene, you feel like you're instantly transported. They handled all our appointments so well. Norma was a fantastic therapist; she applied the perfect level of pressure. We felt pampered every minute. And the location is so great, we were able to make a day of it around town afterward. Highly recommend!
