I love coming To Seal Beach Contouring, it’s my happy place. The vibe is so relaxing. I love the radio frequency to help me with my stubborn fat. The infrared sauna is a game changer.

This place is AMAZING!! Having searched every imaginable sauna location in the area, it was such a calmness and excitement finding Shelley. Her prices and perfect, her professionalism is flawless, and her personalism only makes everything so much better :) I am so grateful for all she has created. HIGHLY recommended!!

Almost don't want to write this review to keep this little secret body contouring place to myself! Shelley the owner is fabulous, she is inviting and knowledgeable in her machines. The place has a positive and relaxing vibe that definitely makes you want to return! Super reasonable prices too. Can't wait for my next appointment!

We partner with our clients to create customized wellness treatments. We provide EMS body contouring and infrared sauna therapy to build and tone muscle as well as burn fat.
