“Erin is always awesome, but today she was EXTRAORDINARY. She was so patient with my 1 year old (Conrad) for his first dentist experience. He was apprehensive and became upset several times. She helped him (and I) work through his fears. She brought him comfort with a new toy and his favorite tv show. She got him desensitized to the scary tools. Ultimately we ended on a VERY positive note and I have hope that each time will get easier.”
