This office places patients first… from the front desk check-in experience all throughout treatment and after the appointment, I felt like my dental care was in good hands. Gigi, my dental hygienist, took the time to throughly clean my teeth and made me feel at ease the entire time. I usually get sensitive while getting my teeth cleaned but I had no sensitivity at all under her care. Her chairside communication was professional and I felt like she truly listened to me as a patient. Dr. Hedrick completed my dental exam. I was just in yesterday for a root canal and was extremely panicked and almost didn’t make it in the chair. Dr. Bennett and his assistant were so kind and comforting. The assistant was very sweet and offered me tissues and reassured me that everything will be ok and that both Doctors are amazing and gentle. She was absolutely right. Dr. Bennett came in and was the sweetest! “Today was my daughter’s very first dental visit. She is on the spectrum so I was very nervous to take her in. The whole team and the doctors were so kind and patient with her and had all the tools to take care of her. They really cater to kids. Starting from the waiting room they have kids shows on and toys to play with. In the treatment room when they lean them back they have tv screens for the kids to look at. They have incentive for when they finish their appointment with prizes and stickers. It was truly the best first dental experience I could have asked for. It takes a special kind of person to be patient with children especially with children with special needs and the entire team was just amazing!“
