Most of the time, I like to give rave reviews on exceptional vendors. In my 40+ years of property management, I have had such a bad experience by a vendor! Michael was referred originally by another painter who was unable to do the job in short notice. After reviewing the other review on Yelp, thought we were doing the right thing by hiring him. He quoted us $1500 to paint one bedroom which is outrageously high but since we were under the gun so bit the bullet on the price. Michael was told at the very beginning, there would be only one piece of furniture to move - an armoire. He came to inspect the job prior to painting and assured us everything would be done properly.... read full review
