It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sunaina. I and my wife started thinking about getting our first home last year but we both were very skeptical to reach out to any realtor. We both like to take time to make any decision while real estate market in Bay Area is very fast. Long story short, one of our friend introduced us to Sunaina and we can't thank him enough. Sunaina was thoroughly professional through our entire home search journey. She is very research driven and always had all the data points we needed to make our decisions. This was our first real estate purchase so she took her time to educate us the entire process. We started our home search from one neighborhood, went to another and ended buying in completely different neighborhood. Sunaina supported us with our ever changing minds and understood our needs. She never hesitated to visit any property whenever we showed interest, regardless of how far it was. She gave us impressions that we were her only clients and she is completely spending time for our search, while that wasn't the case. We are not sure how she was magically creating time for all her clients! 😆 She was always approachable even if it was just to talk about how frustrated we were with the bay area real estate market. Her price estimations were pretty much on par, when we made offers on properties. We hesitated to put down the suggested number but she was on point almost every time. Finally, when our offer got accepted we were again very impressed with Sunaina how she was on top of entire process, and how she dealt with everyone involved in closing procedure. Sunaina is a great realtor and an awesome person to work with! She helped us in finding our first home (single-family) in South Bay. We needed someone who could evaluate all aspects of a house and give all pros/cons if we decide to go with it. She is very detailed and thorough in matching a particular house with her client's requirements. I particularly liked her points on what is important to consider (and could be improved) in a house. Her comparative market analysis is also thorough and she puts a lot of work into calling other agents to get a good idea of the offer price. In this competing market where no contingencies are put with the offers, you need a person whom you can trust in each step. For all our offers she spent a good amount of time visiting and evaluating a listing and giving us a proper and timely recommendation. We are enjoying living in our home and I highly recommend her as a home buyer's agent!
