Our property in Daly City needed an facelift after being rented for 2 years. It was time for a complete wash and cleaning of the gutters. The wet salty climate here creates a slime on the concrete, wood, gutters and stucco surfaces over time. Braxton Building came out and made the exterior of the house beautiful again. The price was very reasonable and it included cleaning the outside of the window and fixtures.

Our roof had moss, dirt and debris. I had an obligation to get it cleaned so I can install solar panel. I had put out bids and I got the most economical quote from Braxton. I called Braxton to confirm the scope of the work and they were available immediately to perform the job. On the day of the job, they were on time, finished the job and shared before / after pictures of the roof. Thank you Braxton!
