We live in an out-of-the-way area, so it can be hard to schedule home services, but jay had no trouble coming out and working around our timing. Our mobile home carpet is very old and near the end of its life, so we wanted one last deep carpet cleaning before replacing it later on. he showed up on time, was professional, courteous, and very thorough. todd also explained several carpet cleaning options that could fit different budgets, which was very helpful. We had just moved and i was a little nervous about having the carpet and floors cleaned while i was not there, since i can be pretty particular about carpet care and floor cleaning. The whole process turned out great. The crew was efficient, professional, and very thorough, and they even sent before and after photos so i could see the results right away. When i walked into the house, the carpets looked almost brand new, with a fresh, clean finish that made the whole place feel brighter.
