This service is great for quick appointments. We utilize this place when we need vaccines or to be seen for minor things like an ear ache. Instead of going to a large full kaiser this makes it easier and faster.

Thank you to nurse Leah O'Brien! So knowledgeable and was able to get me the meds I should have gotten in the first place. After seeing how sick I had been she decided that the antibiotics I was on where not that strong and she switched me to ones that would be more deliberate. Not to mention she cares, she really does(that's rare these days)...she told me everything I needed to know about being a new patient at Kaiser and quite frankly she went over and beyond what she had to do and I am so grateful she was able to help me out even on a Saturday, thank you again Leah ur amazing!

I spent 3 hours at the Kaiser urgent care yesterday. This morning the nurse practioner at my doctors office made this appointment for me at 3:15pm. I got there at 3 and the receptionist with the braided hair was the most courteous and understanding and helpful person I've had help me in a long time. Nurse Practioner Polina Makedonsky took care of my problem and I was out the door by 3:30pm. Both of these ladies were professional and friendly and I had a really good experience.
