Fantastic service! Responsive, quick, professional, communicative and kind. My water heater sprung a leak and Douglas replaced it and had my hot water up and running again promptly. I highly recommend!

We needed a new water heater installed but it wasn't an emergency situation. John responded to my text in less than 60 seconds and quoted me less than half the price of the big name plumbing company.
