We want to say thank you to S&J. In the beginning of October 2018 on a Sunday afternoon I notice my floor getting hot in the morning then hotter in the afternoon. Thought to myself oh geez please not a leak. We called S&J that following Monday they came out within an hour. It was confirmed we had a slab leak, something a home owner does not want to hear. Abraham the ems tech was kind and very knowledgeable. After he left Stephanie with S&J reach out to us to confirm what our next step will be. We had two choice a reroute or direct repair. A reroute was our only option the direct repair will only cause more leaks possibly down the road. Rep from our insurance company came out to review and examine the damage. But our insurance company only wanted to do the direct not the reroute. Stephanie with S&J went to bat for us and explained to our insurance company that the reroute is the only way. Long story short we got it covered. All to Stephanie hard work. Our home moved into the repair stage. Working with Keith and Eric and Heather was wonderful they always kept us in the look and answered all of our questions. Thank you S&J for making our home beautiful again. I originally chose S & J Builders because of Yelp. Farmers recommended them but I did a Yelp review on every recommendation from the Farmers Insurance list. S&J is the clear leader on Yelp. They did outstanding work, very professional, from the office staff like Heather. Eric & Thomas Wilson to each and every worker that labored in my home. I always had a follow up call at the end of the day to go over what is accomplished. Every worker was polite and fun to talk with, and sure the sh*t knew what he was doing. I've worked with contractors before and lets face it folks most of us don't come away with a warm fuzzy. S & J Builders sets a new bar! All other contractors need to take a lesson from this team. What I also liked was the webportal that allowed me to track the work on my home and access to individuals via interoffice email. This company is state of art! If I was asked to vote on an award to the best contractor my vote is S & J Builders. BTW I'm posting this on YELP!
How lucky we were to find this wonderful company! Every employee we have dealt with is top notch. Now, we only look forward to moving back into our home. We know it's going to be prettier than before.
