We had Scott come out for a leaking toilet in our crawlspace. Upon inspection after the leak was repaired Scott notified us that everything looked good, he still sprayed antimicrobial spray but didn’t try pretend like there was a bunch of work that needed to be performed. It’s nice that in this day and age there’s still good guys out there that aren’t trying to take advantage.

I can’t say enough good things about Servpro of Santee and Lakeside. After a flood in my home, they handled everything from the initial cleanup through full restoration, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
From day one, their team was responsive, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. They showed up when they said they would, explained each step of the process clearly, and followed through on everything they committed to. Communication was excellent throughout, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
The cleanup was thorough and efficient, and the restoration work brought my home back to looking like it was brand… read full review
