We have a somewhat complicated pool system for our infinity edge pool. And, a very old pump that was leaking. Rudy offered several options for fixing vs. replacement. He was thorough and professional in explaining the pros and cons of each, including where they fell on the price scale. There was no attempt at upselling, just an honest assessment of the choices. We chose to replace the pump with a higher quality unit. He did an excellent job and made sure our automated system was fully functional. Very impressed with the whole process. Great communication from the office getting a quote and setting up the appointment (Kris). Rudy installed our new system (pentair intellecenter) and was excellent. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Cleaned up everything when done and made sure to explain the new system to me. I would 100% use this company again and overall highly recommend them.
