I'm re-writing my review based on the recent treatment I got. The first few times I walked in, I couldn't have received a better reception. I felt very welcomed. To be fair, the nails are always amazing. I even wanted to try one stylist there who sounded like she would meet several of my needs. But she rarely returned my messages with questions I had, and didn't seem too interested in doing business with me. After a while, neither did the nail tech, even though I thought I had established myself as a customer there. Our schedules did clash a few times, but I still wanted to go to her because she is excellent. I recently reached out with a text again after a few months. No response. I don't know what this is about. It saddens me to write this review because the eye-brow waxing and nail services I got there were awesome. I was even considering getting trims and blowouts there, and I'm picky about who does my hair. No complaints about the services. But I just get the feeling they have more clients than they want to deal with and don't want to be bothered anymore. Can't tell ya why. All I know is that I would have been a very long-time customer, even with the high prices, had anyone bothered to return my calls or messages. Oh well. I'll be trying a new salon in November who may be comparable.

I wanted to go ‘silver’ with my grey hair growing out. Anna did an awesome job on my haircut and my transformation from washed out red to a really pretty silver. Go see her, you will not be disappointed.Linda

I fell upon this place simply because a wonderful nail tech there! I am a new resident to CA over 2 years and I've had 4 cuts... all of which left me feeling like the stylist didn't listen or take the time to understand what I was asking. I think hair dressers forget those of us who don't do hair have 0 idea how styles are cut. Me I'm that person ?I got an A line cut for my last style and the lady chopped it off against what I had asked for.Now that you understand that I've been struggling with finding a good place to trust, you will understand my excitement about Lacey!The moment I walked in Lacy was ready for me to sit in her chair. I told her what I wanted and how I understood or "seen" the cut. She 100% understood what I was asking for but instead of jumping to the scissors with confidence she pulled out a large mirror, photos on her phone and explained what I was seeing and how it was an optical illusion on purpose. She spent a great amount of time understanding what my needs were and met them with complete and total expectations! I asked to keep as much of my length as possible but I was ok if a little bit of hair fell down when putting it up. I'm a week post my haircut and I can't see any issues! She checked a billion times for even matching lengths on my hair.Plus she holds a great conversation!Lacy is my new go to hair lady!Thank you so much Lacy! ?

I walked in to get my haircut and all the ladies were standing around and ignored me. Finally after about 5 mins of standing there waiting to be helped, I said excuse me, who can help me. All the ladies huffed in displeasure and one lady said "what do you need?" I told them I would like a haircut and all refused to do the cut and said they were too busy. As I was walking out the huddled up and started talking bad about me. I will never try to go there again and I highly recommend no else does either.
