Armando Zepeda was a great home inspector. Scheduling with him was super swift and I felt safe knowing he is highly rated and used a lot in the North County San Diego area. He was prompt and on time and made quick work of his inspection. For items he noted, he clearly explained what the issues were and approximately how much it would cost to repair.
