The doctors here have been very helpful and kind anytime that we have had to come in. I have had issues with having to wait on the phone but if you text them they reply when they can get back to you instead of waiting on the phone forever. I have had no problems with Dr. Mangine and Arlata. They have always been patient and I didn’t feel like they were in a rush.

They never answer the phone! I’ve been calling from 8:30 am and it says “all of our representatives are busy assisting others, please wait…” Come on, how many people can call on Monday at 8:30 am so they can’t answer the phone for 1 HOUR!!!! NONSENSE!!!! I think they just drink their morning coffee and chat while sick patients are waiting on phone!!!

Love this location and we absolutely love Dr.Arlata. Couldn't recommend enough! She is beyond caring and the best with kids! Over the years our family really got to know her through each visit! Also amazing office in a nice location! Never have had a problem scheduling Great office !!!!
