I had reached out to this company on a recommendation from my family, as they’d worked with them before. After speaking with one individual, I received a callback and was offered to come by the office the same day for help. Tom made sure to reassure me that my problem could be diagnosed, and moreover, I would not be charged until I had the say so to move forward on whatever repair was necessary. I left my laptop in their capable hands, and no longer than a handful of hours later, I was back to pick up my laptop, problem free. Tom was very kind and knowledgeable, even with my ancient hardware. Any future tech support with be through these folks!

Excellent fast service! Awesome diagnostic free scan, and they even installed a new antivirus software to protect my computer for the future. Great service, great advice, tell a friend :)

I really appreciate Tom for fixing the audio problems on my gaming computer! :) I had my boyfriend take it in and Tom handled the situation with great care in a way I believe not many others would. Definitely recommend coming here to others!!
