A mobile yoga practice led by Deacon was the perfect addition to our bachelorette weekend in Sonoma! Deacon was punctual, his equipment was clean/in good shape, and his class was just what we needed! Our group had varying degrees of experience with yoga and his poses and guidance provided enough challenge, connection, and relaxation for our entire group. Deacon was attentive and interactive and brought a thoughtful gift for our bride. He was professional, yet patient with our rowdy group. YogaOne is an amazing family of teachers, healers, and friends. I interviewed with owner, Deacon Carpenter, four years ago on the couch in the lounge and the authenticity and comfort we shared in that first meeting continues to permeate the entire adventure. The space is comfy and creates a genuine community vibe. There’s a guitar and personal library across from the receptionist’s desk. At times, the display bowl is full of local produce to share after class! The receptionists have all been organized and informed about the studio and events.
