I had a great experience with Warner Custom Homes and Sean Warner's associated business Bolt Down the Bay. The foundation on the house I recently purchased had damage from uneven settling that included some big cracks, a crumbling corner and resulting uneven interior floors. The previous owner of the house had done some partial repairs to the foundation but according to the structural engineer that I hired before purchasing the house it still needed to be seismically retrofitted and the cripple wall bracing needed adjusting.
