The service repair tech was knowledgeable, was professional, and on time. The part for repair took from July 11, to August 11. Once installed, everything worked fine. My only problem was the delay of parts.
A/C wouldnt communicate with thermostat. They came, check everything and was able to fine the issue. They replaced the part that needed replaced and keept us informed the entire time, answering all our questions sometimes even before we had the question to ask! Very knowledgeable and professional. They quoted us one price but then discovered that the previously installed part was incorrect so they gave us the correct part and it was about $100 cheaper!! Great service, great communication, same day (with in hours of us calling) service (that coat us a bit more than a normal call but worth it). And to top it all off our A/C works great now!!! 10/10 would recommend!

We have used them to replace old ductwork, to install heating and air conditioner units in one home and to clean ductwork in another property. Chris came to give us estimates for all 3 jobs. As home maintenance is expensive, we always get at least 3 quotes. Valley Comfort consistently comes in with the best price. Before Chris left, he went over the estimate in detail with us and emailed that estimate to us within 24 hours.
