I just wanted to quickly share what a great experience I had working with United Rentals, both with a sales rep, and the local individuals who worked with me at their Santa Rosa location. I purchased a used JLG 1014 trailer through United Rentals sales team. Tracking down one of these drop deck trailers takes a lot of work because they don't become available very often. I got a call that one was available, and I quickly agreed to purchase it. The process was simple and after they charged my card, I scheduled a day to drive to the bay area to pick it up.
