I placed my internet request at around 4:30 am. I received a call from their representative within the hour. Before business hours!Attention to detail by this individual was top notch. Five star service.Due to the service I received from United Rentals, I will NOT use any other equipment rental companies other than UnitedRentals.THANK YOU!Of note, I went through the same process that morning with Action Rents. They responded the following day at 8:00am. Pathetic.
The management goes over and beyond to help me as a contractor in a complex and difficult business. I had one situation where I had ordered some large olives up from Southern California to be delivered early Saturday morning. The machine was delivered Friday but the truck broke down delivering my olives so the machine just sat there. I spoke with the manager and he reduced the rental price and worked to get the machine delivered to a tight spot. This was a nice experience.
