Outstanding knowledge and service - Adam, the store manager, went out of his way to make himself available by phone to answer multiple follow-up questions we had regarding tile installation. Adam really knows his stuff! And if he did not have the answer, he took the time to call others who did know and got back to me. Erin, the sales person that helped us was also very kind, helpful and patient. Hats off to the entire team at Emser Tile in Santa Rosa!
Emser was the first tile showroom we visited when we first started remodeling our master bathroom. After visiting a few other local showrooms, we landed back at Emser. We were so impressed with their quality of tile, selection, pricing and mostly their helpful staff. Jenn made the entire tile choosing and purchasing process so easy! She was incredibly patient with us after handfuls of visits to swap out samples. She provided great advice, solid feedback, and answered every question we had. We've had so many compliments on our tile so far, we are very happy! We definitely plan on purchasing all future tile from Emser!
