First time using this company and Iād give them a 10/10 if there were that many stars as an option. The service person answering phones on Saturday for a Monday appt was so lovely ā and knowledgeable. Sierra was the technician that came to my house for my ant problem this morning. She was extremely well informed and so patient with the process of eradicating our ant problem with a terrific personality. Wow. Sierra I would be venture to say is invaluable employee. I'm updating my review because the company finally refunded me. Unfortunately I had to go to Yelp and leave a review to get a very ridiculous small bill voided. I would still think twice before using this company. They follow through is zero, customer service definitely a zero and the service is a -0. The three stars is for responding within a day to a yelp review when I was calling for over three months. Thank you for the slow but satisfactory communication.
