Awesome vibes from this place ! As soon as I entered I was greeted with a smile and offered coffee or tea . I got my shampoo , hair cut , blow dry and makeup done here in the same time . I initially booked two back to back appointments with an hour gap but they let me move up my second appointment . Thanks for an awesome time and beautiful work !

From Jennifer, wife of George L.: Rachel did a fabulous job trimming, shaping and tinting my brows. The arch is natural and my brows pair nicely now, even though one has always been slightly higher that the other. Rachel is also a very lovely person who listened to what I wanted and made it happen! I had a “mini facial” today and my skin feels AMAZING! Veronica used the perfect amount of moisture and exfoliation for my combo skin. It was very relaxing and worth every penny!

This was my first time visiting The Beauty Spot and it was great! I had decided on a drastic, short cut. Ashley was amazing at checking in with me about what I wanted my hair to look like throughout the whole process. I love my cut and will be going back for a balayage ASAP

The girls at this salon are all very rude and made me so uncomfortable! Probably the worst salon in santa rosa i literally never write reviews but for this one i had to! They talk badly about customers right in front of other clients! I couldn't believe the things they were saying. very catty! apart from the horrible customer service, my hair is after coming here was disgusting and the girl was very rough with me! please never come here!

LOVE love love. Betsey is awesome, and always knows JUST what to do for/to my hair. Perfectly clean and safe during Phase 2 reopening (not that they weren't immaculate before) and I love the sustainable factor. Love supporting this small business!

I felt super lucky to have been able to schedule a Saturday morning appointment the night before. It was my first time visiting this salon and immediately upon entering and everything just felt right. The overall atmosphere is very warm and friendly. I was offered tea while I waited a few minutes and filled out a short questionaire! Claire was super kind and asked me all sorts of questions about my hair concerns and goals -- things I've never been asked about before. She was great, gave me an awesome cut and style, and lord have mercy her SCALP MASSAGE IS NOTHING I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE. 10/10 would come back begging for a head massage and great hair.

I've been seeing Veronica since she started The Beauty Spot. I don't go regularly, in fact it had been a year since I last saw her. I'm greeted by everybody when I walk in, doesn't matter I'm there for waxing and not a haircut. Then I got a welcome hug and was whisked away into the most peaceful room with the most comfy, squishy bed. As I was filling her in on the last year of my life, she was working quickly on my brows. Before I knew it we were done. No muss, no fuss, no pain. I cannot recommend Veronica and The Beauty Spot more. Unless, of course, I went more frequently!
