I was so happy to have found them. They made the whole process smooth and simple for me and did all the behind the scenes work so I didn't really have to do any effort to appease the city's request for a replacement device before they would have otherwise shut off my water. Customer service was great answering all my calls and texts so promptly. I had called a few places before finding them, where none of those places answered my calls or returned my voicemails

Paul assessed the situation regarding the exterior hose bib and presented a couple of logical solutions. After choosing what I considered to be the optimal solution, Paul (and apprentice) completed the fix in an hour. Excellent knowledge and workmanship.
