If I could give this place 10 stars a would. Brooke was so welcoming and professional. I’ve never experienced a wax before but she made me feel comfortable about the whole process and took her time. I would highly recommend going here.

I've been sugaring for 10+ years. I have been to a handful of sugaring salons in both Southern & Northern CA. Two that have been excellent, but all others have been subpar. Since moving to Santa Rosa 2.5 years ago, I've tried a few places in the area, but have been extremely disappointed with their technique... that is until today! Here we have another one that falls in the Excellent Category. Brooke had me in and out in 10 mins. Technique is 10/10. Friendliness is 10/10. Vibe is 10/10. I love Brooke so much!!! I've tried hard wax before at urban and it was such a bad experience! But I wanted to try sugar wax because it pulls from the root and doesn't break the hair like hard wax. Brooke does my Brazilian wax and my best friends! She's so funny and sweet! I feel so comfortable around her and love my results. Really she's the best
