My experience with them was fantastic from the initial correspondence with Jackie. They were very accommodating and Noel came back a few times before the start of project to make sure everything was correct. Once Noel and his crew showed up they were done in 2 days! Both times they left my home cleaner than it was before they even showed up. They always had someone with a giant magnet checking for nails, staples etc at the end of the day. I had seen them working on a neighbors house and knew that would do great work. When it came time to have my reroof there were no surprises in the quality and professionalism of the work.
These guys are exactly what you want in a roofing company- prompt, courteous, competent, careful, and attentive to detail. They left my property cleaner than when they arrived. I didn't get bids from other contractors, but my neighbor got 4 bids for his roof, and they were all within 5% of each other, with Second Generation about the same as the others. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
