terrible, I got horrible attitude towards me. They cut my hair bad and I told them and they told me to pay full price when they laughed at me for how bad it was. Not respectful at all.

My littler sister went in there and asked for a balayage and got ugly blonde hair! Her poor hair is damaged. Just horrible!
