I paid over $14,500 dollars for installation of a heater in the attic in my house. It didn’t work right after they installed it. He came back a few times to try to fix his work. It fixed some the issues but the main issue now is the water outlet pipe isn’t installed properly. I called him about the issue a year after it was installed letting him know it’s on/off issue sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. It was never diagnosed and never fixed. He didn’t come or look at it said if it turned on then theirs nothing to fix. The issue was getting really bad so I called him out and his technician finally narrowed it down that the water outlet pipe is “plugged”....read full review

They were very accommodating. Came out to check my furnace on 12/23/20 and I was told it could not be repaired. The technician Luke was here first thing on 12/24/20 and my furnace is being replaced. I'm very excited because it couldn't have gone out at a worse time. I am not only grateful but thankful that they were able to get out to my house so soon. Thank you to everyone at Roy Mechanical.
