RCS did an excellent job of cleaning up and sanitizing a rodent infestation in an outside cabin room and pool pump shed. They showed up on time in full protective gear, worked 4 hours and left both premises spotless. They also hauled away all the gunk they cleaned up, plus some soft-surface items that might have been contaminated. Florencio was thorough in explaining their services and the job went exactly as described. I highly recommend them.
I had to have RCS come out when the water line to the refrigerator broke causing a small flood while we were gone for the weekend - not good! Their staff was quick and easy to work with. They got the water cleaned up and kitchen dried out before repairing the damage done by the water. We are both glad we called them.
From the moment I called, everyone from the office manager to management were professional, friendly and accommodating. Florencio who came to evaluate the property was nice and explained everything very well. When we had a change in schedule, Dave made sure he went out of his way to get our job completed so we could rent the home. They are just an overall great company. They left the home clean and in great shape.
