Dr Park is awesome and I would recommend her totally.
The one complaint I would have is that after my appointment, I always need to set up another 6 month appointment and in order to do that, I need to see an office worker to set that up, I have to wait in line again. Sometimes that takes 20-30 minutes. I wish someone would be able to “check out” people on their way out for these types of things.
When going in for a surgical procedure the team went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns, make me comfortable and play some Bill Joel to help me relax. There was communication throughout the process to keep me informed for every step.
And it maybe a small thing, but small things matter. When they were talking to each other about people in the office Dr K paused and got me up to speed on what and who they were talking about. They knew another person was in the room and treated me with respect in that way.
I was a person and not the next procedure.
