Its rare to find an independently owned professional Electrician these days who actually care about the customer to the extent that Mr Parks did for my elderly Mother last week. He came straight out whens he called, went above and beyond to solve the mess she was in and was incredibly gracious when it came to payment. The work he did was outstanding and took a huge amount of pressure off of us and provided peace of mind for her. Thank you Mr Parks!!

Call Parks Electric for all of your electrical needs! I visited our vacation home in West Sonoma County and turned on a space heater on a chilly morning which caused the electricity to go out in one room. After checking the electrical panel, all plugs, switches and appliances, I searched Yelp and called Parks Electric. Leland asked me to text him picture of the electric panel while we were on the phone. He received the text and said he'd be there in an hour. Exactly 1 hour later, Leland arrived masked, professional and ready to go. I called Leland on short notice. He was at my house in 20 minutes! Now that is excellent service. The issue was an easy fix. He fixed the problem quickly, and also gave advice on how to avoid issues in the future. Would highly recommend Parks Electric. Saved the day! I have a number of rental properties and will be using him in the future!
