My CPA retired for tax year 2018. I was referred to Amy at Options Tax Services. I was not told payment for services were required upon completion. I was charged $128 more than my CPA charged me for the same services. I called and left a voice mail with Amy regarding my concerns especially the price. She is not a CPA. I wrongly assumed tax preparation fee would be less than what I usually paid. I never received the courtesy of a response. Needless to say she lost my business.
