Dennis is a thoughtful, thorough medical practitioner specializing in corrective aliment. He has great bedside manner and knows his doctor stuff. Whenever my body is out of alignment and in pain, a few adjustments alway do the trick. I have been seeing him for over 15 years and keep going back.

I am writing this for my Mom; "Hi my name is Desra and I want to share how much Dr Milbrath has helped my life. I am in chronic pain due to a childhood injury that resulted in a 1 in difference in my legs and my back ended up very crooked. The pain was so bad before I started going to Dr Milbrath that every night I woke up at least three times a night with my hands numb, the morning would greet me with tears of pain because my upper back hurt so bad. I was ready to put an appliance in my upper back hurt so bad. I was ready to put an apliance in my upper shoulders to hold my spine from slipping because the pain was unbearable. My mom sent me to her chiropractor Dr Milbrath to see if he could help. He has changed my life! I do not wake up crying because of pain. I do not wake up 3xs a night with numbers hands. I went to Mr Milbrath a few years ago having just moved to Sonoma County from Marin. One day Dr Milbrath "adjusted " my neck so hard that I thought it broke! I told him to stop and wait because it hurts so bad. He put an ice pack on it and sent me home. I had just done x-rays a few months before that, being a new patient. But the next week I came and asked if he would please x-ray my neck again, just to see if something was really wrong because I was in abject pain and couldn't move my neck all week! He x-rayed it again. We looked at the x-rays together. They looked very very different. I came home and my furious husband insisted that I get all the x-rays from the doctor which, in case you don't know, as a patient you are legally allowed to ask for and possess, and he is legally bound to give them to you. Interesting... neither Mr Milbrath nor his nurse (Who wasn't a very good liar) could find any of my x-rays the very next week that I came in!! Lucky for him I'm not into filing a lawsuit but if I were you I would never never go to this "doctor"! since this episode I have met a couple of other people who have had really bad experiences with him. He would not even answer my calls the next week! QUACK!! He was any kind of a man (sworn to the Hippocratic oath?!?) he would have taken good care of me after he injured me!

Dr Milbrath is much more than a chiropractor; he is truly a healer. I had seen him many years ago and he helped me with a variety of issues including posture, neck and back pain, and bone density loss. Now I am seeing him again due to a being rear-ended and getting some x-rays which showed disc degeneration. He is adept at figuring out what each patient needs and providing them their unique treatment rather than applying a cookie-cutter approach as most chiropractors seem to do. He uses a variety of methods, treatments and equipment based on what each patient's health situation requires. I feel physically better after every session with him. He is very well read in the field of medicine and physical care and he also keeps up with the new and best chiropractic equipment. If you have Kaiser he DOES participate in their chiropractic care program. Honestly there is no reason to go anywhere else!

I have had neck issues most of my life due to a childhood injury. Dr. Milbrath was suggested to me by mutual friends, and his treatments changed my life. His adjustments and treatments gave me immediate relief! He taught me exercises and tips to give my neck mobility, and I still use them. The treatments were about once/twice a month over the course of two years. It has been four years since my last treatment and my neck is great with painless mobility. If you are looking for a great chiropractor give him a call.

For starters I have been going to Chiropractors for over 40 years. No two are the same. I have had good ones, poor ones, great ones and not so great ones. Any one can crack a back but it takes years of practice and experience to adjust a body back into proper functioning shape. I have been a patient of Dr. Milbrath's for about 5 years now. He has put me back in the game every time I have gotten injured these last few years. I unfortunately got severely injured a few months ago and he was my first choice of doctors. He fixed what was wrong with several simple adjustments, ultra sound and muscle stimulation. He basically helped me avoid surgery. He can look at your posture and tell exactly what is going on. Knowledge like that is something that only the good doctors have and he is one of them. I would recommend him to anyone that needs treatment. As far as ratings go - 5 out of 5 is where I place him on the charts. I would Definitely recommend him to anyone...........

Dr Milbrath is an amazing chiropractor my family and extended family of approximately 10, have gone to him for over 30 years. He helped me through several mishaps and has always brought me back to life. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
