I had my first session with Mark yesterday for chronic hip and neck/shoulder pain. His manipulation and deep tissue techniques offered a whole new approach to the many failed massages, chiro, and acupuncture treatments I've had over the years searching for relief. Mark is kind, personable, and has a gentle approach, but also knows when and where to apply targeted intense pressure. The stretching of my body's tissues and bones felt amazing... There are many therapists offering massage but very very few doing what Mark does. I have seen him for several years and his skill set is extensive and very professional!!
